Douglas Kelsall

Mr. Douglas Kelsall is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in high growth public and private companies, holding executive positions in the education market since 1999. As CEO of Education Sales Management, he implemented strategies resulting in strong growth and led the sale of the company to Xerox Corporation. Previously, he was President and COO and Board member of eCollege.com (a NASDAQ company) where he led the IPO, all operations and business development and subsequent sale to Pearson Education. Mr. Kelsall holds an MBA degree from the University of Denver and currently is an Operating Advisor to several private equity firms and serves on the Board of Directors of Orbis Education, YouSeeU, the University of Colorado Foundation and Colorado State Global University.

Dr. Jeff Lewis

Jeff launched the company in 2009 and is the primary leader of YouSeeU’s educational software, serving as Chief Product Officer. Jeff earned a Ph.D. from Colorado State University in Human Capital and Resource Development and Masters degree in Management from Colorado Christian University. When Jeff isn’t designing world-class software that puts students first, he loves to spend time with his family, golf, and raise the biggest Thanksgiving turkeys west of the Mississippi.

Jay Dokter

As a life-long entrepreneur and leader of several successful start-ups and fast-growing companies, Jay’s role as CEO at YouSeeU is a perfect fit. He has a BA and an MBA from Regis University, and significant experience working in the e-Learning environment. Jay has enjoyed establishing YouSeeU as a market leader in experiential exercises but can also be found spending time with his family in the great Colorado outdoors.

Dan Kamrath

Originally from Wisconsin, Dan has a finance degree from Arizona State and an MBA from Minnesota. As an entrepreneur, investor and manager, he saw the potential in YouSeeU early and committed with funding and development, only later coming on as CFO. As much as he enjoys growing businesses, he also can be seen doing “anything outdoors”, especially boating, wakeboarding and waterskiing.

Brad Florin

Mr. Brad Florin is a serial technology entrepreneur and investor with 25 years of experience in high growth private and public companies. As the founder and CEO of Acartus, he grew a base of 1800 customers in 22 countries and sold the company to EMC (NYSE:EMC) in 2005. Subsequently he managed a division of EMC, delivering high growth and incremental corporate earnings. Florin attended the University of South Florida, serves on the Board of Directors of BookTrust, PlanningEdge Corporation, and YouSeeU and is the Managing Partner of L3 Communities.
