Detailed Description
1. After you upload a video you can sync slides to it. Navigate to the desired video. Click on the red circle with a minus sign for the video you want to sync-slides to. This will load that video in the "Sync-slides player." You can now sync slides following the instructions below.
2. If this is the first time you are syncing slides to this video it will simply load the video and allow you to begin putting your presentation together. If have you already synced slides to this video then you will see the prompt "Load existing project" If you don't want the current slides to load then click cancel. Note: if you do hit the save button without any slides synced then the next time you load that video there will be no slides showing for this video. The save acts as a over write of the previous sync slide version for this video.
The pause/add slide feature loads images to sync with your video. The slides display at the time that you pause and add and will continue to display until you add another slide.
- Only image files such as .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp and .png files can be uploaded as slides.
- Use the "Save as JPEG" feature in Powerpoint or Keynote to create your slides. (Do not try to upload a .ppt file)
- This player does not play animation files just static images.
- The file size limit is 512 kb per slide.
- Slides are reduced in size to fit in the player but will maintain their proportions.
- Use large fonts to ensure readability.
- You can remove any slide by scrubbing to where that slide loads and clicking remove slide.
- The save button acts as an over write of any previous slide presentation for this video.
3. Once slides are added and saved the icon below turns to a green check mark indicating slides are saved to this video. If you want to edit the slides after saving simply click on the green checkmark and remove and add slides as needed. Make sure you save your work. Saving overwrites the previous slides.
