Detailed Instruction
1. To share videos with a specific audience the first task is to select the class that you want to share the videos with as seen below highlighted in green.
2. Next click anywhwere on the the "My Video Library" bar to open up your video library..
2. If you roll your cursor over the tablet icon under the edit heading you will get this prompt that explains the process.
3. When you click on the tablet icon under the edit category you will get a selection box. Select who you want to share this video with and then click OK. The video will immediately be shared with whomever you selected.
4. Once you set the sharing rights as described above there will be a status change under the sharing column for this video. Now it is changed to whole class as seen below highlighted in green.
Educators
Setting Sharing Rights for Your Library Videos
Educators can share videos with groups or the entire class. We provide you a video library where you can accumlate videos to share over time.
Quick Tip
Select the class that you want to share this video with. From your video library, click on the tablet icon for the desired video you want to share under the column edit, and set the sharing rights.
