Auto focus should work fine in most if not all situations. Again it is best to test prior to presenting. Choose a location that you feel fits you best. Try to keep windows or any other backlit type situations out of the frame. Test and ensure the camera is focusing on you and not another object in the room. Once set-up you are ready to give your presentation.
